SEB Conservative Pension Fund
The SEB Conservative Pension Fund invests most of its assets in European, incl. Baltic investment grade bonds. Up to 20% is allowed to invest into other assets, including non-investment grade (high-yield) bonds, equities, real estate and precious metals. Investments of the fund involve lower risks, meaning that there is little fluctuation in the value of the fund's assets.
The main goal of the SEB Conservative Pension Fund is to maintain the value of pension assets. This means that the long-term rate of return of the money allocated to the pension fund should be equal to the rate of inflation.
