Swedbank Pension Fund Generation 1970-79 is a so called life-cycle fund, meaning that the ratio of investments carrying equity risk in the Funds´ assets decreases in time as described in the Funds´ documentation and each Fund exists for a fixed period (the II pillar accumulation period for the respective generation). Swedbank Pension Fund Generation 1970-79 is intended primarily for investors born in the years 1970-1979.
The ratio of assets carrying equity risk (equity, equity funds, other equity-like instruments) in the Fund is reduced over time as shown in Prospectus. The remaining portion of the Fund's assets invested in bonds, money market instruments, deposits, immovables and other assets permitted by legislation.
The Funds have a fixed term, meaning that upon reaching its term (pension age of the target investors) the particular Funds is terminated. The Fund will be terminated by merger with the conservative pension fund (Swedbank Pension Fund Conservative).
