Swedbank Pension Fund Generation 1990-99 Index is a lifecycle fund with so called passive investment strategy, which means that the assets of the Fund are predominantly invested in instruments that follow global equity indices of developed countries and bond indices consisting of investment-grade financial instruments denominated in euros and that the management company reduces the ratio of instruments carrying equity risk in the Fund´s assets over time pursuant to the conditions and prospectus of the Fund. The investment of the assets of the Fund shall take into consideration the ESG (environmental, social, governance) factors or principles of other fields of responsible and sustainable policy (environment, climate, working conditions, company management, etc.). The Fund is suitable for an investor who was born in 1990-1999. The Fund is established with a fixed term, meaning that upon reaching its term (pension age of the target investors) the Fund is terminated. The Fund will be terminated by merger: The Fund will be terminated by merger: the Management Company shall merge the Fund with the conservative pension fund (Swedbank Pension Fund Conservative) under its management.

Managers
Katrin Rahe is employed at Swedbank Investeerimisfondid AS since 2010.She has worked in the financial sector since 1996. She was previously employed as a Risk Manager (from 1996) and Portfolio Manager (from 1998) in the Financial Markets Department of the Bank of Estonia, where she was responsible for active investment in bond and money market portfolios forming part of foreign currency reserves on a daily basis. From 2009 she worked as a Portfolio Manager in the Private Banking Unit of Nordea Bank Plc Estonia Branch, operating in equity and bond markets. In 1996 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Tallinn University of Technology cum laude and acquired the degree of Master of Engineering in the speciality of economic data processing in 1997. She participated in the CFA programme from 2000-2002 and is a member of the CFA Institute.
