Managing board

Members of the managing board are Vahur Vallistu, Joel Kukemelk and Eve Sirel.

Vahur Vallistu is the Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Asset Management since June 2019. Before assuming his current position, he worked in Project Financing department at Swedbank. Vahur Vallistu graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in 2011 with a degree in Economics and Business Management. In 2019, Vahur Vallistu graduated from the University of Tartu with an MBA degree in Business and Technology Management. Vahur Vallistu is CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder and member of Supervisory Board of the Educational Friends Foundation.

Joel Kukemelk, CFA works as a Fund Manager since 2010 and as a member of the management board of LHV Varahaldus since 2014. Mr Kukemelk has been working for LHV Group since 2006. Before attaining his current position in LHV Varahaldus, he worked as a stock market analyst and as a portfolio manager in LHV Pank. In 2010, he graduated from the University of Tartu with a Master’s degree (cum laude) in Economics, specialising in finance and accounting. Additionally, Mr Kukemelk is a CFA® charterholder. Mr Kukemelk is the member of the supervisory board of Estonian Guarantee Fund.

Eve Sirel has worked at LHV since 2011, serving as Head of Risk at LHV Asset Management from 2011–2015, and Head of Operations at LHV Asset Management since 2015. She holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Tallinn University of Technology, and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Tallinn University.
