SEB Conservative Pension Fund
The SEB Conservative Pension Fund invests at least 90% of its assets in investment grade bonds, money market instruments and deposits. Up to 10% is allowed to invest into other assets, including equities. Investment in these asset classes involves lower risks, meaning that there is little fluctuation in the value of the fund's assets.
The main goal of the SEB Conservative Pension Fund is to maintain the value of pension assets. This means that the long-term rate of return of the money allocated to the pension fund should be equal to the rate of inflation.
