This section of the website is meant for managers, accountants and personnel managers of companies, to explain the changes in the personnel, salary and taxation issues that derive from the implementation of the funded pension system.

We provide you as an employer an overview of your rights and obligations deriving from the funded pension, subscription of your employees, withholding of the funded pension contribution (2%), changes in the operations procedure and tax returns, and potential errors and correction of errors.

This section comprises also the necessary legal acts that are essential to know in exercise of the rights and obligations deriving to an employer from the Funded Pensions Act.
